THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. xxx

A Bylaw to Amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Firearms Prohibition Bylaw, 1972, No. 1220.”

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as followa: )

1. Seetion 1 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Firearms Prohibition Bylaw, 1972,
No. 1220" is amended by designating the extating Section as subsection (a)
and inserting the following as subsection (b):

"(b) This Bylaw shall not apply to Douglas Island; being that property
legally described as:

(1) Block "B", Sections 1 to 4, Block 5, North Range 1 West and of
Sections 34 to 36, Block 6, North Range 1 West Lying and being
on Douglas Island, New Westminster District, Plan 4114; and,

(il) Block "C", Fractional Sections 3 and 4, Block 5, North Range 1
West, New Westminster District, Plan 4114."

6. This Bylaw may be cited as the “City of Port Coquitlam Firearms
Prohibition Bylaw, 1972, No. 1220, Amendment Bylaw No. xxxx, 1992",
