Narmal & Rapinder Gill of 1935 Brown Street The minutes of the Public Works Committee Meeting held Tuesday, April 7, 1992, were deferred to the following week. | The Public Works/Traffic Committee heard delegations speak about their specific traffic problems, and offered various suggestions of how to deal with the problems, which are listed below: i. Mr. Wonham of Larkin Street suggested changing Patricia to a one-way street going west, and placing a barricade on Patricia, at the creek.
