BACKGROUND +.
A site off of Broadway and Cameron (see attached) was selected
as a location for a Recycling Transfer station.

The function of the transfer station will be transfer materials
from Port Coquitlam to the ETL recycling processing facility in

Richmond.

The breakdown for the construction and site development costs
are as follows:

Access Road and Turn Arounds 35,500

Power and Lighting 8,000
Compactor Set-up 5,885

Contingencies

The filling of the site is necessary for proper drainage into
‘Broadway ditch.
