Kirk April 4th, 1991 City Administrator R.A.Freeman, City Clerk/Deputy Administrator SUBJECT: Sale of City Property - 1700 Block Mary Hill Road RESOLUTION: “WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that: 1. Those parts of Lots 98 to 101, inclusive, District Lot 342, Group One, Plan 2894, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. shown included within the heavy bold line and identified as area "D" on the plan attached being an approximate 525 Sqem. (5650 sq. ft.) area located on the west side of the 1700 Block Mary Hill Road, be sold to Bosa Development Corporation, or its nominee, at or for the price or sum of $36,302.00 in accord with the conditions stated in the tender call and the offer received; The adjustment date be June 28th, 1991 or earlier; The possession date be June 28th, 1991 or earlier; Those parts of Lots 95:-to 102, inclusive, District Lot 342, Group One, Plan 2894, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. shown included within the heavy bold line and identified ag area "C" on the plan attached located on the west side of the 1700 Block Mary Hill Road, and owned by the City of Port Coquitlam, be dedicated ag "Road". The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary | for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: A copy of the tender received follows and the exact location of the property is shown on the map section following. The upset price established by the Council on March 18th, 1991 was $36,000.00. Section 4 of the proposed resolution will authorize the dedication of City~owned property as road in order that the successful purchaser may complete its obligation to construct that area ag an access road to full subdivision standards.
