January 8, 1996/0091 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council meeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hail, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, January 8th, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.We Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator BR. Kirk, Deputy City Engineer D.G. Riecken, Parks and Recreation Director K.J. Taylor, Director of Community Planning C. Felip and Secretarial Assistant to the City Clerk 5. Rauh. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2477: to rezone Lot 10 District Lots 231 and 232 Group One, Plan 11613 New Westminster District; from A-i (Agricultural) to M-1 (General Industrial). The property is located at 1469 Broadway Avenue and would permit the construction of a multi-bay industrial building on the property. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed rezoning.
