The City shall contribute to the cost of construction of the sanitary sewer pumping station works provided for in Section 3(a) (referred to in this section as he "Pumping Station") in accordance with the following: (a) notwithstanding any other provisions herein, the maximum amount to be contributed by the City towards the cost of the Pumping Station shall be the amount of the lowest tender acceptable to the City for construction of the Pumping Station and actual engineering design and administration costs, not exceeding those set out in the Outline of Services and Scale of Recommended Fees for General Engineering Projects, as published by the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia, less the difference between $37,500 and the amount paid by the City to the Developer pursuant to Section 8(d); the City shall pay to the Developer after completion of the Pumping Station works) and acceptance by the City: (i) $22,097 out of Sewer Capital Reserve; and (ii) $1,561 out of Development Cost Charge Reserve #3; the City shall reduce the amount of the sanitary sewer development cost charge contribution payable by the Developer by $12,488, provided however that this is based on the Developer's present plans to construct 56 units and shall be adjusted if the number of units is changed and further provided that the security for completion of the Works shall include this amount over and above the Developer's Share; P 18
