June 13, 1988/142 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council meeting of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in the “Campbell Room", Best Western PoCo Motor Inn, 1545 Lougheed Highway, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, June 13th, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Alderman M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, GeR. Laking, W.W. Stewart, and R.H. Talbot in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk/Deputy City Administrator R.A. Freeman, Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown, City Engineer T.M. Chong, and Director of Parks and Recreation K.J. Taylor. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaw would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2365: to rezone Parcel 1, Reference Plan 74499 and Parcel A, Reference Plan 76519 Section 6 Township 40 New Westminster District from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential). This property is located at 3590 Inverness Street and would permit the subdivision of the property. No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing. Bylaw No. 2366: to rezone Lot L (N37743E) Block 20 SW 1/4, Section 6 Township 40 Plan 2797 New Westminster District from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential). This property is located on the west side of Ulster Street, south of Essex Avenue and would permit the subdivision of the property into single family residential lots.
