Intent of the Proposed Bylaw: to rezone:

Lot 1 (containing 8.498 ha) as shown on a proposed subdivision plan of Lot
83 and a portion of Lot 84 of District Lots 379, 464, and 463, Group One,
Plan 47652 prepared by D.G. Fenning, B.C.L.5.

from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial).

Location of Property Affected:

2088 Lougheed Highway. (Southeast corner of the intersection of Lougheed Highway and
Shaughnessy Street.

Purpose of The Bylaw:
To permit the construction of a retai! commercial development on the property.

Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. To
4:30 pom., on regular business days, from the date of this Notice until tne Public

Hearing. °

Also available for inspection are copies of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reoorts. and olans
referring specifically To the ourpose of the amending bylaw.

Public Participation:

At the hearing all persons who believe their interest in proverty is affected by the
proposed bylaw will be atforded an opvortunity to be heard or to oresent written
submissions respecting matters contained in The Bylaw.
