-~-2. Part II of the by-law is amended by inserting the following as Section thereof; “205. USES LICENSED UNDER TIE COMMUNITY CARE FACILITIES LICENSING ACT (1) Where the use of premises in the City 4s permitted by this Ry-lav requires licensing under the Community Care Facilities Licensing Act such use ehall be pemnitted only in facilities (a) licensed under the provisions of the Community Care Facilities Licensing Act; (b) approved by the Council as suitable for the Community Care Facility Use proposed ; (c) for which the said licence or approval has not been revoked or withdrawn.” Where the number of children who are permitted to be in attendance at a Community Care Facility is limited children attending the facility of whom the Operator or licensee is Salat RSENS oe Sheetal eet Mea ty the parent or legal guardian shall be included in such limite." 3. Section 401 of the By-law is amended by adding to the table of Permitted Uses of Land, Buildings, and Structures in the Agricultural Zone as shown therein the Uses of "Group Day Care", "Family Day Care", “Out of School Day Care", "Pre } |. { | School", and "Child Minding" to be permitted in the A-l (Agricultural) ZONE only. 4. Section 501 of the By-law is amended by adding to the table of Permitted Lerten athe Uses of Land, Buildings, and Structures in the Residential Zone as shown therein the Uses of "Family Day Care", "Out of School Day Care", and "Child Minding” in the RS-1 (One-Family Residential), RS-2 (One~Family Suburban Residential), RM-1 (Low-Density Apartment Residential), and RM-2 Cledium-Density Apartment Residential) ZONES and the Uses of "Group Day Care" and "Pre School" in the RM-) (Low-Density Apartment Residential) and RN-2 (Medium—Density Apartment Residential) ZONES only. 5. Section 502 of the By-law is amended by adding the following theretu as subsection (8): "(8) A FAMILY DAY CARE USE, OUT OF SCHOOL DAY CARE USE, OR CHILD MINDING USE (a) in the RS~1-and RS-2 ZONES shall noc be permitted where it is proposed to give care to more than five children; (b) in the RM-1 and RY-2 ZONES shall not be permitted where it is proposed to give care to more than five children nor except in a suite or dwelling unit that is on a ground floor location or has direct access and egress to the exterior of the building.”
