A regular meeting of the Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the ;
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam :

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryiuk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
