February 28th, 1983 /39 A reguiar neeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan was held in the Council Chanber, Port Coquitlan City Hall on February 28th, 1983 at 7:30 p-nt. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay; Aldernen M.D. Gates; 3.9. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, D.J. Vater and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Adninistrative Officer B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A. Freenan, City Engineer, F.E. Peters; Director of Connunity Planning W. Brown; and Recording Secretary V. Jones. ZGNING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaw to anend the "City of Port Coquitlan Zoning Bylaw 1979; No. 1651" would now be considered. *PZ/00/83/02/28/01 Bylaw No. 1938 To rezone Lot 146; S.E.1/4 Section 12, Township 39, Plan 30056, New Westninster District, fron RS-1 to RT-1. This property is located at 1572/74 Greennount Avenue, and the Tezoning is being undertaken to bring an existing non—conforning duplex into compliance with Zoning Regulations. ‘No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing. ‘Moved by Aldernan Vater Seconded by Aldernan Mabbett That the wninutes of the Regular Council Meeting held on February 14, 1983 be taken as read and adopted. eee Carried.
