The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
will hold.a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, September 21st, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. to cansider
the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Ly-law,

1979, No. 1651".

By-Law No, 1655: to rezone Parcel "B' of Section 6, Block 6, North Range

One East, Group One, Reference Plan 58439, New Westminster Nistvict, from

A-1..to CD.

This property has the civic address 1477 Lougheed Nighway aud is located
at the North East corner of the intersection of the Lougheed Highway and
Coast. Meridian Road. It is expected that following completion of the
rezoning procedures a multiple family residential development consisting
of 48 apartment units, 38 duplex units, and 6 single family units will be

constructed on the property.

A copy of the proposed Ry-law, and other relevant docunents, may be inspected
in the Office of the City Clark, Port Coquitlam City Wall, at the address given
‘above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p-m. to 4:30 p.m.,
on working days, September 10th, 1981 to September 21st, 1981.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed ™
