By-law No, 1168: to rezone the Northerly 128.5° of Lat U, Blocks 19 to 22, D.O. 255, Plan 4260, Except Part Subdivided by Plan 19958, from RS-2 (Oce-Family Suburban Residential) to P-2 «Special Institutional). This property is located at 1932 Cameron Avenue and the rezoning proposed would bring the already existing Church into conformity with the City’s present Zoning By-law. . “2, By-law No. 1269: to rezone Lots 22 & 29, and 31 to 34, Block J, D.L. 255, Plan 2165, from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One-Family Residential). This property is located at 1741 and 1749 Morgan Avenue and it is expected that three residential building lots will be created foliowing campletion of the rezoning procedures and the required consvlidation of the existing 33’ lots to create 66’ lots. 3. By-Law No. 1170: lo rezone Lots 45 & 46. Block J. District Lot 255, Plan 2106, from , RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential!) to RS-1 (One-Femily Residential). This property is located at 1789 and 1793 Morgan Avenue and it is expected that one residential building lot will be created following completion of the rezoning pro- cedures and the required consolidation of the existing 33’ lots to create a 66’ lot. 4. Ny-Taw No. 7t: to rezone Lots 17 & 18, Block L, D.L. 479, Plan 21805, from RS-1- (One-Family Residential) to RM-1 (Low-Dessity Apariment Residential). | This property is located at 3580 Sefton Street and the proposed rezoning will bring - the property into conformity and permit the construction of one additional dwell- ng unit, 5. By-law No, 1172: to rezone Lot 78, D.L. 309, Plan 30436, from CS-1 (Service Com- mercial) to RS-! (One-Family Residential). By-law No. U7: to amend Sub-clause (i) of Clause (b) Sub-Scction (6) of Section §02 of the “City of Port Coquitlnm Zoning By-law, 1969, No, 918" by striking out the figure 6.007" where it appears therein and substituting therefor the figure “8.000”. This amendment is intended to increase the present allowable gross vehicle weight of commercial vetncles parked or st ored ia residential area.
