in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 8",
which is the Schedule hereto annexed and made part of this By-law.
2. The said Land Use Contract No. 8 shall extend to and shall regulate
the development and use of the lands described as:

Lot Eight (8), Block "A" of District Lots

Three Hundred Eighty-two (382) and Two

Hundred Eighty-eight (288), Group One (1)

and of Sections Seven (7} and Eighteen (18)

Block Six North (B6N), Range One East (RLE)

Plan 10150, New Westminster District

3. Land Use Contract No. 8 shall have the force and effect ofa

restrictive covenant running with the land described in Section 2 hereof
and shall be registered in the New Westminster Land Registry Office by
the City.
4. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as "Land Use Contract No. 8
Authorization By-law, 1974, No. 1347",
