CORRESPONDENCE:

From Mayor J.M. Campbell, Chairman of the Greater Vancouver Regional
District, December sth, 1977 advising of an All~Day Seminar on Friday,
January 6th, 1978, for the Board of Directors of GVRD and the three
other Regional Districts in the Lower Mainland, and for Members of
Council from Greater Vancouver and adjacent municipalities.

From the District of Coquitlam, November 21st, 1977 asking for
assistance in providing secretarial staff to the School District No. 43
Joint Family Division Committee commencing January Ist, 1978.

Seconded by Alderman Ranger:

That Port Coquitlam provide secretarial services to the Family
Division Committee beginning January Ist, 1978.

AND THAT at the next meeting of the Family Division Committee
clarification be sought as to whether the secretarial services would be
on a rotating basis with Fort Moody and Coquitlam or just the location
of the meeting.

1977, being Statements of Accounts Payable in the amount of $4,329.16

and $602,800.33, respectively.
