From the District of Coquitlam, November 21st, 1977 asking for assistance in providing secretarial staff to the School District No. 43 Joint Family Division Committee commencing January Ist, 1978. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Ranger: That Port Coquitlam provide secretarial services to the Family Division Committee beginning January Ist, 1978. AND THAT at the next meeting of the Family Division Committee clarification be sought as to whether the secretarial services would be on a rotating basis with Fort Moody and Coquitlam or just the location of the meeting.
