_ Resident cites violations . ‘ Kolbjorn Eide told city coun- cil last Monday night that he had witnessed several violations _of the ‘‘no truck’ by-law presently in place on North Sparks and ‘Halliwell Ave. and he wanted to know why. . _ He said that city officials had told him that no permits had ‘been issued to haul logs on North Sparks or Halliwell but when he reported violations to the RCMP, he was told that the city had not asked them to en- force the ‘‘no truck”? by-law.
