We invite interested people in the Terrace area to make selections and use the request: form to submit them to the local college continuing _ education office, or call us for further information. — In addition to weekend workshops, we are ' prepared to arrange special pre- -art-college courses, or an artist-in-residence program in Terrace. Courses in - marketing art, portfolio preparation, and several _ visual arts telecourses are also available. -Qutreach workshops can be scheduled in October and November 1992, and February and March 1993. It has happened again, and at Northwest Community College. We had permission from the office to put up our poster for the upcoming _ Spiritual Awareness Weekend, and within the hour someone took it down. This was only the first, one; -when we again checked with the office at the college, | we were informed they had. not taken it down. | Our students spend ‘a lot of creative energy and time on. these posters. We are not attempting. to _ offend anyone, we are simply advertising an event others may or may not be interested in, just like. _ other organizations and societies. We do not go ‘around taking others’ notices down or making judg- - ment on their events. If you do not agree with what we are doing or what you think we are doing, that is your right; but where are our rights? This is discrimination.
