Property Purchase - 1632 Broadway Street

RESOLUTION:

That the Agreemert between the City of Port Coquitlam and Yen Chin

Tsai appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council meeting wherein the
City agrees to purchase the northerly 66 feet of Lot 20, District Lot 231,
Group One, Plan 11613, New Westminster District, being a portion of 1632
Broadway Street, for the sum of $185,600.00 he approved;

That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Said
Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto;

That the funds be taken from the Tax Sale Lands Reserve Fund;

And That the said property, when purchased by the City, be
dedicated as “Road”.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

A copy of the Agreement follows. Purchase of this property by the
City will permit a road to be constructed in the future joining Coast Meridian

Road and Broadway Avenue.
