This Development Variance Permit is issued subject to compliance with
all of the Bylaws of the Municipality applicable thereto, except as
specifically varied by this permit.

This Development Variance Permit applies to and only to those lands

structure and other development thereon:

The Zoning Bylaw is varied as follows:

"Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" Section 601 "Subdivision
Design and Layout", Sub—section (1) is varied as shown on 31/91 (A)
which is attached hereto and forms part of this permit.

The land described herein shall be developed strictly in accordance
with the terms and conditions and provisions of this permit and any
plans and specifications attached to this permit which shall form a
part hereof.
