Kirk DATE: September 5, 1991 City Administrator FILE: 30/91 Carlos Felip Director of Planning 2624 Coast Meridian Road ~ Rezoning Application Planning and Development Committee September 4, 1991 ATION: It is recommended that this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from A~-], (Agricultural Zone) to RS~2 (Small Lot Residential zone), under Section 963 of the Municipal Act, subject to: L) Submission of subdivision layout to the satisfaction of the Approving Officer; 2) Solution of the concerns expressed by the Municipal Engineers; 3) The proposed subdivision to provide bicycle paths to standards acceptable to the Municipality. . BACKGROUND The proposed rezoning is within the area included in the Riverwood Area Control Plan. Servicing to this proposed development will be guided by the normal municipal standards and directions established in the Northeast Sector Comprehensive Development Pian. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing a subdivision layout that fully complies with the conceptual layouts contained in the Riverwood Area Control Plan. A total of forty~seven (47) lots are proposed. The actual number of lots may vary upon preparation of the final, properly dimensioned, subdivision plan.
