The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: PART I to l. DEFINITIONS 1.1 In this Bylaw: Approved ~ means approved by an Officer as being in compliance with the Fire Code. Building - means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy. city - means The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. Combustible Liquid - means any liquid having a flash point at or above 37.8 degrees Celsius and below 93.3 degrees Celsius. Construction Waste - means any waste or refuse created by the clearing of land or the construction, repair or demolition of a building or structure,,.-including without limitation trees, branches, stumps and roots. Council - means the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the city of Port Coquitlam. Explosive - means gunpowder, nitroglycerine, gun cotton, dynamite, blasting gelatine, gelignite, fulminate of mercury, and every other substance used or intended to produce a violent effect by explosion, or a pyrotechnic effect, and includes without Limitation fireworks, fuses, rockets, percussion caps, detonators, cartridges, and ammunition. Firecrackers - means small fireworks with entwined fuses used rete solely as noise makers, and not for pyrotechnic effect. Fireworks - means manufactured goods intended to be used for pyrotechnic effect that are classified by the Canada Explosives Regulations as low hazard fireworks for recreation (Class 7.2.1) including firework showers, fountains, golden rain, lawn lights, pinwheels, roman candles, volcanoes and sparklers.
