£& ¢ va 4.05 For the purposes of section 38 of the Act, a person, other than (a) a fur trader, od (b) a taxidemnist, or (c) a tanner engaged in his calling, may ship or transport, or offer to ship or transport, dead wildlife or fish or parts of them (d) that have been tanned or processed into manufactured items, or \e) obtained from a licenced commercial Outlet, 4.06 For the purposes of section 38 of the Act, a person nay ship Or transport, or offer to Ship or transport, a live raccoon or a live neutered skunk. DIVISION 5 - ENDANGERED SPECIES 3-01 The following species are deSignated as endangered Species; (a) Vancouver Island Marmot Marmota vancouverensis; i. (b) Sea Otter Enhydra lutris; (c) Burrowing Owl Speotyto cunicularia; (d) White Pelican Pelecanus erythrorhynchos. DIVISION 6 —- COMMERCIAL VENDORS 6.01 A comnercial vendor of licences issued under the Act may retain a commission of 10% of a licence fee, not including surcharges, collected by him. DIVISION 7 =~ LICENCE CANCELLATION 7.01 Where a person commits an offence under section 27 (1) (b) or (c) of the Act the director shall cancel the person's hunting licence and the person shall be ineligible to hunt and to obtain or renew a hunting licence for a period of not less than one year and not more than 5 years | from the date of sentencing, the date that the passing of sentence is Suspended, the date of being granted an absolute or conditional discharge or the date a court takes any action permitted under section 20 (1) of the Juvenile Delinquents Act (Canada), as the director determines. 7.02 For section 25 (6) of the Act, where a person commits an offence under section 25 (9), (10) or (11) of the Act, the period from cancellation of the licence until the person ceases to be ineligible to obtain a licence shall be nocTEP| PAGE pne year and not more than 5 years. : 7.03 For section 25 (6) -, where a person is convicted of a first offence under the Act other than (a) an offence referred to in section 86 (1) of the Act, or (b) section 25 (9), (10) or (ll) of the Act,
