A Bylaw to provide for the exemption from taxation for the caren year 1987 of
certain real property held by the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam for recreational

purposes. JUL 7- 1986

WHEREAS the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam lease certain property owned by. the
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam and: use that Property for recreastiona]|

purposes;

AND WHEREAS it is desired to exempt the said property from taxation for the
calendar year 1987; ;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal! Councti of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows:

4. That parcel of real property, together with the improvements situated thereon,

Known as "That part of Lot 91, Olstrict Lot 464, Group One, Plan 52852, New

‘Westminster District shown on Explanatory Plan 65840", Is hereby declared to be exempt

from taxation for the calendar year 1987 to the extent provided. in Section 400 of the
Municipal Act.:

2. This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Kinsmen Comunity Building
Leased Property Exemption From Taxation Bylaw, 1986, No. 2189", ;

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 23rd day of June, 1986.
Read a second time by the Municipal Counell this 23rd day of June, 1986.
Read a third time by the Municipal Counc!! this 23rd day of. June, 1986.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of at least
two-thirds of all the members of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam this day of 1986.
