RESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved: that:

Lots 4,5,6, and 7, Blocks 13 & 14, Plan 2045; Lots 11 & i2,
Block G, Plan 2099; Lots 1,2,3,4, 5 and 6, Block L, Plan
2099; Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37, Block
17, Pian 2132, all in District Lot 255, Group One, New

Westminster District, be sold to Lougheed Horizon Estates.

Ltd., 9851 Rathburn Drive, Burnaby, 8.C. V3Jd 7/4 at or for
the price or sum of $350,000.00;

The adjustment date be May 30th, 1986; or earlier,
The possession date be May 30th, 1986; or earlier.
The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents

necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the
Corporate Seal of the City thereto;

SUBJECT:

To the said Lougheed Horizon Estates Ltd. depositing with
the City an irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of
the City's estimate of the cost of sarvicing the said
property to the standards set out in the City's
"Subdivision Bylaw, 1985, No. 2126" to guarantee the
servicing of the property prior to May Ist, 1987;

Entering into a Developer's Agreement with the City with
regard thereto;

Granting to the City such rights of way over the property

as are required to contain City utilities presentiy
located, or to be located, on the said property."
