Becommendation:

That the conceptual plan for Reeve Street Park,
the study by MacLaren Plansearch be adopted in principle.

Council members have received the report separately to the Reeve
Street Park conceptual plan and have also heard a presentation by
MacLaren Plansearch, The Provincial Government requires a firm
commitment as to what the lands will be used for befere final
approval in the area can be given. As Council is aware, we have
been in negotiations with the District of Coquitlam and the
Province in regard to realigning the municipal boundary in the
Reeve Street Park. The land that we will be receiving is

crown land and was originally in the District of Coquitlan.
