ZONING BYLAW MAY 28 1984

The Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold
a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hal!, 2272 McAllister
Avenue, Port Coquitlam, 8.C. on Monday, May 28th, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the
following proposed byiaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.
165%";

Bylaw No. 2039: to rezone Parcel "121", District Lot 289, Group One, Reference
Plan 62184, New Westminster District, from RM-2 to RM-4,

This property is located at 2378/82 Wilson Avenue and it is. expected that a four
storey, sixteen suite apartment building will be constructed on the property
following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents may be inspected in the
Cffice of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 P»m., on regular business days, from the date
‘of this Notice until the Public Hearing.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed bylaw
shail be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on matters
contained in the bylaw.
