A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979,
JUN 7 1982

No. 1651".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British
Columbia which are ,more particularly described as:

(a) Lot 47, SW of Section 7, Township 40, Plan 26192, New Westminster District;
a

(b) The West 12.313 m (40.4 ft.) of Lot 382, SW, of Section 7, Township 40,
Plan 60681, New Westminster District;

are hereby rezoned from RS-2 to RS-1 and the Zoning Map of "The Corporation

of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to

relect this rezoning.

2. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

which are more particularly described as:

Those portions of closed road shown on the Plan attached to the "Stratford

and Toronto Streets Road Exchange Bylaw, 1982, No. 1907";
are hereby rezoned from RS-2 and P-1 to RS-1 and the Zoning Map of "The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to

reflect this rezoning.

“3, This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1982, No. 1908".
