Moved by Alderman Wright: ‘Seconded by Alderman Laking: That the 1979-80 Agreement with Local 1941, Port Coquitlam Firefighters Association as set down in the City Administrator's October 4th, 1979 memorandum, be ratified; AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the necessary documents therefor and affix the Corporate Seal thereto. Carried. From the City Administrator, October 10th, 1979 advising of the negotiations carried out by the District of Coquitlam for a three year extension of the Lease of the Justice Building for Court Facilities at a rate of $8.80 per square foot. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That the three year extension of the Lease of the Justice Building for Court Facilities at a rate of $8.80 per square foot, be approved; AND THAT the City Clerk be instructed to prepare the necessary By- law therefor. Carried. From the Public Works Committee, October 9th, 1979 recommending that a STOP sign be installed on Morgan Avenue at Lroadway Street. Moved by Alderman Ranger: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That as recommended by the Public Works Committee, October 9th, -1979 a STOP sign be installed on Morgan Avenue at Broadway Street. Carried. From the Public Works Committee, October 9th, 1979 recommending that a STOP sign be installed on Mars Street at Victoria Drive.
