LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 49, District Lot 382 and 463, Plan 52501 BACKGROUND: This industrial building was completed about a year ago and is now almost fully occupied. The application is to subdivide by strata pian into 22 strata ‘units. The development conforms to all requirements of the Zoning By-Law. The Planning Department has attempted to contact the tenants. While it was unsuccessful to contact all of them, those that have been contacted expressed no objection to the strata application. j ’ { i i 4 i Fl t : 4 i i : 4 oy The Building Inspector has advised that the only infraction with this building is incompletion of fire walls.
