Prior to passage of the resolution a discussion ensued. and Alderman Ranger pointed out there had been a housing study done dividing the City into three sectors and a new subdivision would raise the number of housing units set aside for this one particular sector. Aldermen Ranger and Mabbett advised signs are used in other municipalities to advise interested parties that a development is proposed and that further details may t ‘tained from the City Hall.
