Langan~Taylor—Brown area for which there is no provision in the City's

new Zoning By~law (which is presently awaiting the approval of the
Department of Municipal Affairs and Department of Highways) and suggesting
that the three By-laws be restated in terms of the new Zoning By-law

prior to final reading being given.

That third reading of By-law No. 1469 as given on the Eighteenth
day of October, 1976 be rescinded:

THAT Section 1 of By-law No. 1469 be amended:

i. By striking out the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-

law, 1969, No. 918" and substituting therefor the title "City

of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498";
By striking out the Zone designation "RS-2 (One Family Suburban

Residential)" and substituting therefor the Zone designation

RS-2(Single Family Residential)"; and
By striking out the Zone designation "RS-1 (One Family Residential)"
and substituting therefor the Zone designation "RS-1 (Single
Family Residential)";
THAT Section 2 of By-law No. 1469 be amended by striking out the
title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment
By-law, 1976, No. 1469" and substituting therefor the title "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1977, No. 1498, Amendment By-law, 1977,
No. 1469";
AND THAT By-law No. 1469, as amended, be read a third time.
