report from the Works & Utilities Superintendent, September 15th, 1975, concerning
a sweeper replacement together with copies of literature describing the
Elgin Vacuum Sweeper, and advising that the 1975 Provisional Budget
contains a fund allocation sufficient to purchase a new street sweeper

to replace the existing sweeper.
