MEMORANDUM

Re: Application for Strata Subdivision - #13-74
2177-79 Pitt River Road, Port Cocuitlam

Members of Council will recall that the above-noted application to subdivide

a duplex under construction at the above-noted address received approval in principle

on May 27th, 1974.

The final strata plan has now been presented for signature and photocopies
of the Plan are attached showing the actual subdivision details.

Although the Strata Title Act has now been changed and Council approval is
no longer required the applicant has indicated that the Land Registry Office requires

Council approval on this plan.

If Council now wish to carry through and finally approve the Plan we would |

suggest that the following resolution be passed:

"That the Strata Plan of Lot 97, of District Lot 289, Group 1, Plan 33526,

New Westminster District, prepared by H.A.R.P. Aidridge, B.C.L.S., and dated June 4th,
1974, be and the same is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the said
Plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto,"

The applicant has paid to the City the amount of $920.00 for the Waterworks

Reserve Fund, Parks Land Acquisition Fund, and the Subdivision By-law fee.
