On December VEth, 1973 Mr. Bill Colley was notified by Mr. Bruce

given to the Kilmer Community school Advisory Committee. The grant
provides for the hiring of three individuals for 6 months each ( a total

of 78 man weeks).

The purpose of the L.I.P. apvlication was to fulfil the identified
community needs of leadership, recreational activities, and better
communication between families and school.

The objective of the proposal was to provide the individuals who
could fulfil the aforementioned needs. co-operatively, with the local
residents; Advisory Committee; Realth, Euman Resources and recreation

Departments; school and school board.

The leadershiv necessary for the success of this croject is avail-

avle through the Xilmer Community School Advisory Committee (6 citizens;
1 teacher; 1 school administration; 2 students; 1 minor sports represent
ative; 1 (Cubs, Scout, Brownie, Guide) renresentative; 1 Health Depart-
ment representative; 7 Human Resources revresentative; 1 Recreation
Devartment representative; 1 2.U.M.P. revresentative and 1 Community
School Co-ordinator. ‘The direct supervision of the L.I.P. versons will
be the community school co-ordinator under the direction of the school
