THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COOUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1230

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Cequitiam, being
Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 918" is
amended by renoving the Zone Designation of RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential)
assigned to Lots 1 & 2, Block J, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 2106, New
Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation of RS-l1 (One-Family 7
Residential) to the said property. :
2. ‘This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1973, Ne. 1230".
