hewe been set aside fn reserve fund pursuant to the provisions of Seetion
30% (3) of the “Muniedpal Aer", Setng Chapter 255, R.S.3B.C., 1960;

AND WHEREAS there {9 on hand the aun of ‘SExty-aeven Thousand, Seven
Yuadred and Ninety-seven Dollars and Thirty Cente ($67,797.30, including
interest earmel to date;

all Sinking Fund Fequirenenta of ‘the Cit+ have been
aatiofied;

AQO_SEEREAS 1c fe deewed desirable and ‘expediene to expend the sus of
TeX Thousand, Seventy-four Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($10,074.13) Laclud Ing
incidental legal fees from the smount on hand for the purpose of purchasing
three separate parcels of real property in the City; .

AXD WHEREAS it fe deened destrable and expedient to expend ‘the sum of
Thirteen Thousand Dollara ($13,000.00) fros the ssount on band for the purpose
of granting aid to the Port Coquitlam Senior Citizens Yousing Society;

EC’ THESIFORE the Munte{pal Council of The Corporation of the Ciry of
Port Coquitias, in open neeti{ng assembled, enacts as follows:
kL. The sum of Five thousand, Four Hundred and Eighteen Sollare and
Seventy-three Cents ($5,418.73) in hereby appropriated from the Tax-Sale
Properties Seserve Fund of the City for the purpose of purchasing Lot "C", of
the Horth Nest Quarter (¥.W.), of Section Six (6), Tounshtp Forty (40), Plan
3993, EXCEPT farcel Tveaty-three (23), Plaa 19248, New Westataster Dfetrict
from Stanley Richard Sender, Executive, and Severley Ellen Bender, his tite,

(535,618.73) including inefdental legal fees and such putchase to hereby

2. The sum of Two Thousand, Pive Mundred and Ninety-one Dollars and
Sinty-five Cents ($2,591.65) tocluding Incidental leral fees is hereby approp-
Yiated froa the Tax-Sale Properties Reserve Fund ef the City for the purpose
of purchasing Lot Seventeen (17), Block One (1), Vest One-half (5), Worth vese
Quarter (N.W.4), Secefon Six {6), Township Forry (49), Plan 2326 from John
Edvard Massey, Retired, of che City of Ninnipes, Province of Manitodbs, and such

purchase ie hereby authorized accordingly.

P.0. Box 1420, Hope, in the Province of British Colunbis, end suck porchese is
hereby authorized accordingly.
4, The mun of Thirteen Thousand Dollaxe ($13,090.00) is hereby approprisred
from the Tex-sate Properties Reserve Fund of the City for the purpone of grentiag
aid to the Port Cocuirles Sentor Citizens Housing Soctety to esstst the said
Society in constructing Senior Citizens Mousing Units in the City; and « etaat-
iaraid ef such asount is hereby authorized accordingly.

The Mayor and the City Clerk or City Treasurer are hereby authorized te
execute euch deeds, plens, chequea, er other documants as may be necessary for
tha purposcs aforesaid.
