A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates yolaw;

1964",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open mecting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. That By-law No. 752 of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam Sever Rates By-law, 1964" as
anended by By-law No. 877 cited as the “ley of Port Coquitlam Sewer Races
By-law, 1964, Amendment By-law No. 877, 1968" and as furcher amended by the
"City of Fort Coquitlam Sever Rates By-law, 1964, Awendment By-law, 1971, No.
1063” 4s further anended by deleting Sctiedule “A attached to and forming
part of By-law No. 752 and substituting therefore Schedule "A" attached to
and forming part of this By~law.
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Sewer Rates By~law, 1964, Amendment By-law, 1972, No. 1160",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Thirteenth day of

March, 1972,
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Thirteenth day of

March, 1972.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Thirteenth day of

March, 1972,

Received the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council this

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council

of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this

City Clerk
