decided to offer a cash bonus of $5000 to each and every member
of the PPWC, IWA, BCGEU and CEP locals upon their acceptance
and ratification of the “Fresh Start” labour agreements.

The bonus is an advance against the 15% profit sharing program

being offered under “Fresh Start” and it will only be available until
August 15, 2002. If agreements have not been reached by then, this
cash offer will be taken off the table.
