Mrs. Adeline Minnie Llewellyn
1915-1995

Longtime friends and relatives were
saddenad toleam that Adaline passed away
at Mills Memorlel Hoapitat on August 28,
1995 after suffering a massive stroke,

Adelina was bor in Prince Rupert In 1915
and in July 1921 came to Terrace with her
parents, whotockuptarming. ;

Adelina wis 4 true wife and mother and :
always had an open door polley tor all in
times of Joy ind sorrow. i

She was tn actlve member of the Knox *
United Church, a charter member of tha
Skeena Valley Rebekah Ladge #63, a member
af’ tha Terace: Old Age Pensloner's
organization and an avid supporter of
Terrace.

She was pradaceased by her son Jack,
ploneer parents Mr. & Mrs, Charles Thomas
and brothers Leroy, Everett and Lloyd,

She is survived by her husband Lee
Lewellyn, her daughter ida Lee (wile of Amte
Prosaer, and- her sons. Lloyd (Yvonne)
Llewellyn and Rick Llewellyn, her brother
Frederick Thomas end her. sister Evelyn
Ghss of Smithers, 8.C. She loaves 9
grindehildren: Brendl, Ken, Steve, Danny,
Michelle, Jill, Kevin, Terry and Shelly and 10
great grandchildren.

Rev. Michael Hare spoke words of comfort
at the Knox United Church service on
Thursday, July 31, 1995. Pallbearers were her
gvandsons Danny, Kevin and Terry Llewellyn:
Ken and Steve Prosser and Kevin Kelvera.
Internment wes in the Xitsumkalum
cemetery.

The family gives thanks to all those who,
through thought or deed, supported them In
thelr time of need. Specia! thanks to Or.
Kenyon, Dr. Brown, Dr, Lee and the nursing
Steff of Milla Memorlal Hospital for thelr care
and kindness, and to the Ladies of Knox
United Church for thelr help with the
receptlon.
