Re: Land Use Contract No. 19 - 1775 Lougheed Highway - 60 Semi-Detached Units

‘The necessary detail changes have now been made to the Land Use
Contract to effect the change from the 64 Townhouse Units proposed by
Airwate Cellcrete Ltd. to the 60 Semi-Detached Units proposed by Camrose
Development Ltd.

In order that the Land Use Contract, in its new form, may proceed
to Public Hearing, it would be appreciated if Council would give consideration
to passage of the following resolution:

"That third reading of By-law No. 1487 as given on December 20th,
1976, be repealed;

THAT second reading of By-law No. 1487 as given on November 22nd,
1976, be repealed;

THAT By-law No. 1487, in the amended form presented by the Clerk
to the Council on April 3rd, 1978, be now read a second time;

AND THAT a Public Hearing thereon be held in the City Hall Council
Chambers on Monday, April 17th, 1978 at 7:30 p.m."

A copy of By-law No. 1487 in its amended form is attached to this
memorandum.
