Access to and within and egress from the right of way shall be maintained at all times to B.C. Hydro personnel, their representatives and jicensees. 8.C. Hydro shall have access- over the dyke to our plant located between the dyke and the Coquitiam River. Ground elevations within the right of way shall not be altered by more than 2.0 metres from the original grade, without the prior written consent of B.C. Hydro. The Corporation shail not Cause or permit to be caused any deterioration of soil Stability or drainage patterns within or adjacent to the right of way. Upon completion of the project the right of way must be restored to the original condition or better to the satisfaction of B.C. Hydro Lower Mainland Transmission Department at the Corporation's expense. All costs for design alterations and/or relocations to the existing B.C. Hydro plant attributed to the proposal shall be the responsibility of the Corporation. Future developments are not permitted within the right of way without the prior written consent of B.C. Hydro. K.aximum height of vehicles permitted on the right. of way including load and reach shall not exceed 4.1 metres. The Corporation shall not permit the storage or handling of ; flammable and explosive material within the right. of way. Vehicles or equipment shall not be refuelled within the right of way. The stockpiling of. excavated,..building. or. other. materials within the right of way is prohibited. Burning is prohibited within the right of way. The proposed dyke shall not be constructed within 6.0 metres of any B.C. Hydro works i.e. tower, poles, anchors. The Corporation shall obtain all appropriate permits and consents with respect to the works and interests of BC Gas Inc. Please have the Corporation accept the foregoing offer by signing in the space provided below and returning the duplicate copy of this letter to us before 20 September 1990. If we do not receive the signed copy by this date, this offer is withdrawn.
