This application is being presented to City Council because the property is regulated by a Land Use Contract. Drawings for the building form part of the L.U.C. and can only be varied by a Development Variance.Permit. The proposed addition is minor, an elevator shaft. The addition will improve accessibility of the building, it will not provide any extra habitable space, but will provide extra amenity. - Approval of the application is recommended.
