THAT Wheelchair ltet~downs be instal!led on the southside of
McAllister Avenue on both sides of Donald Street;

AND THAT the estimated cost of $600.00 be taken from the un-
allocated funds in the Public Works Capital Budget.

on Right-of-Way.

Seconded by Alderman Laking

That the builder on Lot 17, Plan 73394 be permitted to continue the
construction of his building with a proposed roof overhang into the
Sanitary sewer statutory right-of-way, subject to him entering into a
Restrictive Covenant in the form attached to the report to Council;

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the
Restrictive Covenant on behalf of the City.
