A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the

City of Port Coquitiam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitiam

City Hall on Monday, October 21st, 1985 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M,C. Farnworth, (8:40
