And That Parks and Recreation Committee prepare a report for Counci |
on the effect of the Kinsmen Waterpark on the City's Insurance Coverage.

Zocallo Lands.

That the Planning Committee recommend to City Council! that a rezoning
freeze be placed on the Zocallo lands as soon as official: notice is
received that the area has been excluded from the Agricultural Land
Reserve.

And that the rezoning freeze be maintained until a subdivision
control plan for the area is prepared and adopted as part of the Official!
Community Plan.

And that an overall drainage plan for the area be prepared and a
financing scheme to implement it be adopted before any properties are

permitted to be rezoned or subdivided.
