BYLAW NO. 2119

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Part Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Councll of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, tn open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certatn parcel of land situated In Port Coquitiam, British Columbla which Is
more particularly described as:

Lot | as shown on a Subdiviston Plan of Lots 1 to 16 (Inclusive) and Lots 19 +o.
24 (Inclusive) and a portion of Lots 17 and 18 all of Block 11, Plan 2416 and of
a portion of Parcel "A" (Bylaw Plan 66867), Pian 2416, all of Section 17, Block 6
North Range | East, New Westminster District

prepared by Robert M, Reese, 8.C.L.S., of V.C. Goudal & Associates, under File
NO. C 5522-838 and dated July 3ist, 1985 Is hereby rezoned from Ant.
(Agricultural) to CS=2 (Service Station Commercial),

and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Aylaw, 1979, No. 1651"
is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. .

A copy of the Subdivision Plan referred to In Section {| Is attached to this Bylaw
and made a part hereof.

This Bylaw may. ‘be cited for al! purposas as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, NO 16571, Amendment Bytaw, 1985, No. 2119", |
