This tender includes ail materials, equipment, and labour necessary
for the proper execution of the work as stipulated in the Form of

Tender.

If Council is prepared to proceed with this work the total cost to
complete the tender is $37,200 with a breakdown as follows:

Component A (Repair)  $ 8,165

Component B (Retrofit) $15,500
Component C (Addition) $13,535

Funds for this project, up to a total of $43,000, are available
under the terms of the above-mentioned Agreement between the City
and The Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources.
