A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That By-law No. 752 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
cited as the “city of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law, 1964" as amended

by By-law Numbers 877, 1063, 1160, 1167, 1301, 1360, 1483, 1634, 1709, and
-1785, is ‘further amended by deleting Schedule "A'' as attached to and forming

Part of By-law No. 752 and substituting therefor Schedule "A" attached to

and forming part of this By-law.

2. This By-law shall take effect, come into force, and be binding on
all persons on and from the First day of January, 1982.

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

“Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law, 1964, Amendment By-law, 1981, No. 1867".
