Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam

City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C., on Monday, October
6th, 1975, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by~law to amend
the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law No. 1395: To rezone:

a. Lot 1, Block C, Plan 2106;
411i. Lots 8-16, inclusive, Block C, Plan 2106;
Lots 2 & 3, Block Cc, Plan 4842;
Lots 1-9, inclusive, Block 8, Plan 2137;
Lots 26-31, inclusive, Block 8, Plan 2337;
All those portions of closed lane described in By~law No. 1394
of the City cited as the "Plan 2106 and Plan 2137 Road Closure
' By-law, 1975, No. 1394";

all of District Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District;

from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to M-3 (Special Industrial).

“This property comprises 5.4 acres of land bounded by McLean Avenue,

Ryan Street, Marshall Avenue, and Brown Street and it is expected that

the property will be consolidated and re-subdivided into four separate

parcels to be developed separately for office/warehouse use following
completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the addzess given above, between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - on working days ~ from September 25th to
October 6th, 1975. ,

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed

By-law snall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on
