submit certification by a Profeesional Engineer or Architect
that the proposed equivalency complies with the intent of the
Building Code and other enactments respecting safety, if
required by the Building Inspector; and

13.4 prior to the Building Inspector's decision on the application,

submit an additional fee of $100.00 to a maximum fea of $500.00
to the Budlding Inepector for each hour of research time
expended on the equivalency application by the Building
Inspector.
